Daniel 12:2 - "And there will be many of those asleep in the ground of dust who will wake up, these to indefinitely lasting life and those to reproaches [and] to indefinitely lasting abhorrence". (Observation: one judgement of the dead, two outcomes)
John 5:29 - "......those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment". (Observation: the verse is speaking of previous behaviour; in the past tense - not future)
2 Corinthians 5:10 - .........."
For we must all be made manifest before the judgment seat of the Christ, that each one may get his award for the things done through the body, according to the things he has practiced, whether it is good or vile". (Observation: Paul clearly had in mind the past sins of people - not future!)Revelation 20:12-13 -
". . .And the dead were judged out of those things written in the scrolls according to their deeds. And the sea gave up those dead in it, and death and Ha´des gave up those dead in them, and they were judged individually according to their deeds.(Observation: again, the verse indicates a judgment based on conduct prior to being resurrected) wtchap.9p.87par.14"None of these unrighteous ones are raised simply to be judged worthy of death again.....they will be "judged individually according to their deeds" performed after their resurrection". (Observation: NoScriptural basis is provided for these two opinions)pe

chap.21p.175par.3JudgmentDayandAfterward "So, contrary, he will not judge persons on the basis of their past sins, many of which may have been committed in ignorance. This means that when a person is resurrected he will be judged on the basis of what he does during Judgment Day, not on what he did before he died". (Observation: Not contrary to 'popular opinion', but contrary to the Bible! Six scriptures state that Jesus will judge the living and the dead. The statements above implicitly contradict those verses by asserting that Jesus will only be judging living people)p.338par.1"WhatisthemeaningofJohn5:28, 29? "What Jesus said here must be understood in the light of the later revelation that he gave to John. (See Revelation 20:12, 13) Both those who formerly did good things and those who formerly practiced bad things will be "judged individually according to their deeds." What deeds? If we were to take the view that people were going to be condemned on the basis of deeds in their past life, that would be (1)inconsistent with Romans 6:7: "He who has died has been acquitted from his sin." It would also be (2)unreasonable to resurrect people simply for them to be destroyed". (Observation: (1) based on a wrong context; (2) scores of scriptures state that 'they will have to know that I am Jehovah'. Why would it be "unreasonable" of Jehovah to raise all such dead ones who ridiculed Him, and persecuted His true worshippers? )to popular opinionchap.21p.180par.13JudgmentDayandAfterward "We have clearly seen that when the dead come forth from the grave, they are not judged by their past deeds. Rather, they are judged on the basis of what they do during Judgment Day".(Observation:Not clearly seen - speculation is being presented as fact, with no proof provided)Six Scriptures state that Jesus is going to judge the living and the dead; Acts 10:42, Acts 17:31, Romans 14:9, 2 Cor. 5:10, 2 Tim. 4:1 & 1 Pet. 4:5. Also, Revelation 11:18 reveals exactly when he would beginjudging the dead.
